After a recent microsoft update KB5034763 when I am running Visual Studio, class library type project, I am now getting this error. Any suggestions? It seems if I close that error, my project still is running. In the past an edge or chrome window would open when I ran the project and say https://localhost:#### So I am assuming somehow that isn't associated to edge or chrome any more but honestly no clue and don't know how to create this association.
Thanks in advance for any assistance. This seems to have affected 2 of my developers. The other ones haven't had this issue.
I am running VS2022 my other guy is running VS2019.
