How do I fix this Windows audio issue?
发布时间:2026-10-22 | 浏览:1
I've been having an issue for about 2 weeks now with my Alienware X17R2 laptop. I will get distorted sound when playing audio like as if there is no bass. If I change the volume or perform a test I will get perfect sound for half a second and then it cuts out. When playing a YouTube video, I only get audio that is higher pitch and nothing in the low range. I have a video taken on my phone to show the issue, but I am unsure of how to attach that to this question.
I have restarted the PC, updated Windows, updated drivers, etc. I went into BIOS and performed audio test and it passed fine. The issue is almost certainly within the OS. Short of power washing my PC, what else can I do to fix this issue?

Anonymous 2023-06-27T22:00:16+00:00 Hi. If you have one equalizer app , try to fix that by boost/increase bass. If you havent use a mp3 player with equalizer to check if the problem solve. If yes the issue is just to set the desired bass. If not it could be a driver or other problem (eg output device problem headphones or speakers. If equalizer set not work i will suggest you to full unstall current drivers of sound card and install again from your PC manufacturer site. 0 comments No comments
