OMG ! It's sooo unique, different, and interesting ! 🍓❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 The FL isn't the kind, selfless, and heroic like main character and i love that !! She has many flaws ; she is what we call an anti-hero. The ML is so sexy, indifferent but kind at the same time ! I love him ! Can't wait to see if the FL will seduce him or not, since he is married ! xD ​Most romance manga follow a predictable formula: a kind-hearted protagonist meets a "princely" love interest, and they overcome obstacles with pure intentions. This manga, however, shatters those tropes by introducing a protagonist who is profoundly human, flawed, and morally grey. As i saw from the other reviews, ​The FL is often criticized for being egocentric or manipulative, but such a surface-level critique misses the point. Her behavior is a direct consequence of her past—a childhood defined by poverty, bullying, and insecurity. Having transformed herself physically and socially, she now refuses to be a victim. Her drive to "have it all" isn't just greed; it’s a survival mechanism born from years of having nothing. ​Toxic? Perhaps. Real? Absolutely. ​While the story explores "toxic" dynamics—like her interest in a married man or her complicated relationship with her cheating fiancé—it handles them with a grit that feels uncomfortably real. ​The Nuance of Choice: She isn't a villain. Warning minor spoiler but important for my review!!!!! A pivotal moment is when she saves the wife of the man she desires from an accident. She could have let fate "remove" her rival, but she chose to save a life. This shows she has a moral compass, even if it's steered by trauma. ​We see a woman trying to navigate a world that was once cruel to her. Her ambition to marry into wealth and stability is a logical response to a life of scarcity even if it means she will be alone. ​Final Verdict ​This manga is a breath of fresh air because it dares to be unlikable. It doesn't ask you to agree with every choice the protagonist makes, but it forces you to understand why she makes them. If you are tired of "perfect" characters and want a story that feels like a psychological study of real-life ambition and pain, this is a must-read. ​"It’s not just a manga; it’s a reflection of how trauma shapes our hunger for a better life." I'm fed up with all the uwu cute stories, finally something that feels real even if it is wrong and twisted. Life isn't always straight but a path with various forms and so is this manga. No right and wrong but just how is a real human being(not all of us are like this but this is an example for sure of some people in this world who live like this). Honestly think FL is a pure dummy who won't leave her scummy mummy's boy bf and really digs the "hot stud" that works in her company yet he is just a bore.
