Prepare the requirements: • Identification documents ☐ Valid ID (for Individual) ☐ SEC Certificate of Registration (for Non-residential) • Electrical load requirements • Occupancy documents • Tax identification documents ☐ TIN ID (for Individual) ☐ BIR Certificate of Registration (for Non-residential) • Authorization letter, as needed • Identification documents ☐ Valid ID (for Individual) ☐ SEC Certificate of Registration (for Non-residential) ☐ Valid ID (for Individual) ☐ SEC Certificate of Registration (for Non-residential) • Electrical load requirements • Occupancy documents • Tax identification documents ☐ TIN ID (for Individual) ☐ BIR Certificate of Registration (for Non-residential) ☐ TIN ID (for Individual) ☐ BIR Certificate of Registration (for Non-residential) • Authorization letter, as needed Submit via these channels: • Meralco Business Centers • My Meralco • Private Electrical Contractors Certified by Meralco* • Meralco Business Centers • Private Electrical Contractors Certified by Meralco* Inspect premises of your home or business to verify the following: ☐ Completeness of home or business facilities ☐ Completeness of wiring system ☐ Distance from the nearest Meralco facility ☐ Completeness of home or business facilities ☐ Completeness of wiring system ☐ Distance from the nearest Meralco facility Issue yellow card for securing a Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (CFEI) from the LGU Secure meter socket from the nearest Meralco Business Center Install service entrance via PECCBM or electrician and use the yellow card as guide Update Meralco once installation is complete via the contact details provided Submit the Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (CFEI) and other documents Pay bill deposit via these channels: • Meralco Business Centers • My Meralco • Meralco Business Centers Install electric meter and energize service This will be done in the presence of the customer or authorized representative Need to update your contract or bill details or upgrade your electrical load? You can easily do that via My Meralco . The PLO certificate is a requirement for the issuance of building permit, as mandated by the RA 11361 or the Anti-Obstruction of Power Lines (AOPL) Act.
