Ours was only a one night stay, returning to Arrowtown at the end of our holiday as it’s only a short drive to Queenstown airport. Arrowtown village is delightful and a must to visit, plus, the food is amazing! Especially the fish and chips at the Fork and Tap and the grilled lemon ginger chicken at the Bendix Stables! Great location, friendly and helpful staff, adorable cottage Charming olde world ambiance … like staying with family … felt right at home. Settlers Cottage is a very very welcoming, comfortable and extremely well appointed place to stay. Jayne is incredibly personable and a delight to meet. Absolutely the ideal hostess. Met the resident cat (one of a pair) who totally made my day all the more perfect, giving great smooches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay … made all the more so by Jayne.
