Anonymous 2024-12-10T08:34:34+00:00 Dear Shifna Nizar, Welcome to Microsoft Community. According to your account, after your recent migration from Google Workspace to Office 365, some of your users' emails ended up in the junk email folder. Don't worry, you can refer to my suggestions below to solve this problem, I hope my suggestions can help you. In order to better help you solve the problem of users' emails ended up in the junk email folder, I would like to collect more information from you. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. What domain name email account do you use (Microsoft domain (@Outlook.com, @Hotmail.com, @live.com, @msn.com) email account or other third-party email account)? Are you using a Microsoft 365 business email account or a Microsoft personal email account. If you use a Microsoft domain email account, the Outlook Settings are synchronized with the server side, you can visit the Outlook server (Outlook.live.com) to set up the relevant Settings. If you are a mailbox account with a third-party domain name, you can access the server side of the corresponding mailbox for relevant Settings. First of all, you can add the sender of these junk mails to your contacts and add those senders to the safe senders and domains in Settings - Mail - Junk email. It will be good to build credibility for these senders so that you can better receive their emails. You can also check your rules to see if there are any rules that are causing these emails to end up in junk email folder. If these rules exist, you can delete them. Or you can set up rules to move your incoming emails to your inbox. If none of the above suggestions help you receive these emails normally, I can only recommend that you contact Microsoft's online support staff to check your account status, you can click on this link and follow the step-by-step instructions below to contact them. Contact - Microsoft Support 1). First, enter your question in the search, then click "Sign up to contact support" at the bottom of the page. 2). Currently logged in to another valid Microsoft account. (Please make sure you sign in with your personal Microsoft account, not your work and school account, or you won't see option 3、4、5.) 3). Under "Products & Services", select "Other Products". 4). Under Categories, select Manage my Subscription and then click Confirm. 5). Click Chat with Support Agent in web browser. Please contact Microsoft online support staff during business hours. I hope this information has been helpful. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further. Have a good day. Best Regards, Jim - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist 0 comments No comments
