Mail merge and conditional footer
发布时间:2026-10-04 | 浏览:1
I posted this question in another forum, but it might be more appropriate here.
I have created a conditional footer that is supposed to only appear on the last page. I used the following code:
{ IF { PAGE } = { NUMPAGES } " { EMBED Word.Document.12 \s }" ""}
It worked fine until I tried to utilize mail merge. Now it does not appear on the first page, but does appear on all subsequent pages.
Apparently, after the merge, there a Section Break is created that seems to be the culprit.
It was suggested that I try { SECTIONPAGES } but that put the footer on all pages.
Thanks in advance.

Sorry, I omitted some required single & double quote characters. Try:
{={NUMPAGES}-{PAGE} # ";;'{ EMBED Word.Document.12 \s}'"}
